Some ways to help

Trendy Kaye Couture makes ordering custom clothing risk-free, whether your measurements were taken by one of our dressmakers or by yourself. In the end, the most important thing to us is that you are fully satisfied with your outfit.

FAQS - MADE TO MEASURE - GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • What do your prices start at for a made to measure suit?

    Our prices are based on the style and fabric that is been sewn. Please note that we advise our non-UK resident customers to consult their local tax and customs authorities regarding VAT payments and import duties.

  • How long will it take to have my outfit made?

    It is advisable to allow six to eight weeks.

  • What is your house style?

    We are known for the clean, stylish silhouettes of our outfit.

  • How many times will I need to visit you to have my outfit made?

    Customers need to visit us once or twice for fittings.

  • What is the process?

    During your visit you will meet our customer adviser who will help you select your cloth and trimmings and discuss the style of outfit that you would like. She will then take your measurements and give you an approximate completion date.

  • Do you hold some examples of your tailoring that I can try and look at before I order?

    We have several examples of our tailoring at our Bespoke shop that you are very welcome to try on and inspect.

  • How many fabrics do you hold that I can choose from?

    We have samples of fine quality cloths of every style and weight.

  • Do I need to make an appointment?

    It is highly advisable to make an appointment, but we always do our utmost to accommodate any customers who pass by without one.


Alterations

  • Do you offer an alteration service?

    Yes, we offer a professional alteration service. Please bring or send the item that needs to be altered to our fashion studio with your full contact details, which must include your address, email and telephone number. No appointment is necessary if you come into the store.

  • Which payment methods does Trendy Kaye accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron, PayPal and Credit Union.
